Withdrawal of your contract

Using this form, you may withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason, provided that no statutory exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies.

Important information

Pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts relating to leisure activities when they are booked for a specific date or period.

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• Dated e-tickets
• Wellness and treatment services (e.g. massages, Rasul baths, cosmetic treatments, etc.)
• Scheduled courses and activities (e.g. AquaCycling, Aqua Fitness, etc.)

Please note that withdrawal is therefore not possible for these services.
